The Library Redux project was my first project as an interior design major. This project served as an opportunity to become familiar with SketchUp and Autocad. The specific space we were tasked to redesign was the TCU Mary Couts Burnett Library Reading Room. As a TCU student, I am very familiar with this space. It is known to be for serious study sessions. The original room is populated with many books, oil paintings, and marble busts. I decided to lean into the original aesthetic of the space but take it further.
